Appliances not in as ordered on delivery date. No update, old washer/dryer removed day prior. 6 more weeks!! No attempt to make right. Told cannot have refund by manager. She phoned my friend to tell her to tell me..NOT GETTING REFUND!. I phoned manager in Halifax store who refunded my money ASAP. Manager does not know her own policies, nor confidentiality!! I have bough almost $10,000.00 of items in last year ( for mother, daughter & us).

The level of service at The Brick in New Glasgow is second to none. Stock however is hard to come by during these trying times of Covid but that seams to be the norm. I would highly recommend this store if you are willing to wait at times for the product.

Horrible Customer service, I have been waiting on a delivery that was ordered on November 16 - 3 weeks it was guaranteed it would be at the store. A week and a half a go, I went into the store to speak to someone at the desk. This young girl, had an attitude bigger than the store and could benefit from several courses of CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't speak to customers like the way that she did - she was So rude that another couple heard her, and walked out with me. First she accused me of not fully paying for an order - which it was, she just didn't check correctly and said it was my fault the item wasn't there. Then when I asked for the floor model since it was a Christmas present - she said that I apparently didn't know how business worked. I left the store, as she told me she promised my item would be there on the Truck on that Thursday - that was last week. Called this week and was told it won't be here until after Christmas. I will NEVER buy another item at this store, and I will make it my goal to make sure none of my friends or family go through this. Terrible experience - if I could give zero stars - I would.

Its been over 2 months waiting for my delivery . You may be ok with putting out over $2000 and not getting a thing for it but I'm not.
