Owner of this store: D. F. Abusive. Yelled at me and waved his fists and pounded both his fists on his legs at me because UPS sent my package somewhere else, and I asked him how I may find it. Horrible, abusive man. No others in store, so this is how he treats a female customer who isn't at fault for package loss. I recorded him (voice) yelling at me and telling me he was waving his fists to make a point. I left in tears. No apology.
