This UPS store in 4974 Kingsway. The staff there should have been replaced long time ago as per reviews. Doesn’t UPS listen to reviews? These 2 Filipino staff are ignorantvif what a Customer service is all about. They accused me of being abusive. I was picking up a delivery. I have the slip to pick up. They make thigs very complicated. Whoever owns this location should fire these Filipinoes

I had a parcel dropped off for me today in the lobby of my building without even buzzing my unit to tell me he would just be dropping it off it is worth$725.00 at least he could of let me know it was in the lobby by buzzing me.NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
