I have been waiting for a seafood shipment since Wed at 8:30pm when UPS supposedly tried to deliver to my 4 story apartment building. I complained to customer service and received a call from a UPS employee at 10 am on Thurs at the two numbers I had given cs. She hid her number as she said UPS did not want customers calling them(!!) and promised that I would get my shipment that day. Found out it was still sitting at depot when I checked. rude.

Been Going to this UPS Store for few years now for my restaurant's print jobs and menus. The owner is super friendly and professional. The turn over on my print job is always super fast and on time. Highly recommend their Services. Very good customer service base.
