Rte 11 St Louis NB Every time we travel on Rte 11 towards Miramichi, we mention ...look out for the Tim Horton exit because it is so easy to miss it if you are in a conversation. The sign is past the location ...there should be a sign indicating that you are near that exit because unless you are from the area it is so easy to miss it. Whoever made the decision to have the sign at an angle and past the exit must not be familiar with Rte 11

I visit my neighbourhood Tim Horton's drive-through, every morning, on Second Street, Cornwall. I think the staff are amazing. I love Bev, in particular! This is part of the reason, along with the food, I keep returning. They are "family"!

To whom it may concern, I went to Tim Hortons at Westshore mall in Langford yesterday. I purchased a 20.00 gift card for my brother-in-law who has just had major heart surgery. To my surprise the staff would not allow my to have “Roll up the Rim” cup to put my gift card into as a nice surprise for my VERY sick brother-in-law’s Birthday. He so looks forward to getting well and coming to Tim Hortons for a lovely cup of coffee and a bowl of soup. After talking with 3 staff memebers they said it was out of the question to have a empty cup. SHOCKING! I went to my car and looked up your site and it plainly states “No Purchase Nessesary” (bought a $20 card) I went back into the store and showed them the site. After much reluctance they gave me the smallest cup to shove my $20 gift card into. Such very poor service and terrible advertising for you all, I’m so sorry that this happens here. My husband and myself have been frequented your coffee shop since the day they opened and am really surprised at the attitude of your staff. This was so emabarring, I won’t bother to try again.
