I recently purchased a dress from Tory Burch Square One and unfortunately had to return it within the 30-day window. My encounter with the associate named Mathieu left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service provided. Upon trying to return the dress, Mathieu was rude and dismissive right from the start. He seemed disinterested in assisting me and accused me of wearing the dress, which never happen.
