Just wanted to commend Lucas Williams and the installer, Taylor for a superb job . While we had to wait for delivery once everything arrived they made sure installation was prompt. We were happy with the time spent and care to ensure all our concerns and questions were addressed. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service after purchase. This store is making money from pandemic, when you order the product, they will delay the delivery, and send you a damaged machine, then they will ask you to contact with manufacturers to repair it. I also brought five years warranty, but it means nothing. They won't take any responsibility for the damaged product which haven't been used. They ask me to contact manufactury to repair it.

I went to the store to purchase and get installed a subwoofer and a front and back camera for my new car. I was asked to wait six weeks for the products to arrive. When the date came I called and they told me to wait another 3 Weeks to get the parts, I asked to get the cameras installed as they had them in store and they gave me an appointment for one week after. The Appointment day 4 hour before I was called to cancel again. Stay away

Purchased an item over $200... never opened... tried to make a return explaining personal circumstances but was refused and did not get a store credit ... in these times of Covid.. business's need to be more understanding as their policies were made before Covid if they want a future customer.. i would never recommend this business... 10 thumbs down

Bought some $200 Airpod headphones online. When I tried them I hated them so I tried to return them and they won't take them back the package was opened. Wouldn't give me any other reason then sending me a link to their return policy (which by the way is silly because it's not on the product discription page- you have to find the policy and read it before you buy the headphones). Anyways, I'm now out $200 because they refuse to take them back and I went to the BBB who closed my claim because they deemed it "buyers remorse". Apple also won't take them back because I didn't purchase them directly from Apple. STAY AWAY. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Would not purchase anything from visions again! My father purchased a CorLiving couch from the Abbotsford visions and of course was upsaled on the warranty provided by gaurdsman. The sales associate told him that any damage including wear and tear would be covered under the 5 year warranty which was purchased less then a year ago. In less than a year the couch has 3 separate tears at the seams as well as a tear under the cushion that is causing the seat to sink in. We initially called corliving which said they only cover 90 days. We were then told to contact gaurdsman directly who said that they would not cover because the couch falling apart is considered normal wear and tear... so we contacted visions again who said that they would deal with gaurdsman because according to their pamphlet gaurdsman gave them all of this was covered. (The same pamphlet which is given to there associates to help them up sell the warranty.) They told us they would contact us when they heard back. Which they didn't. Today i called to check the status and the manager informed me that gaurdsman refused to stand by their warranty and that nothing could be done. I requested a refund of the warranty from visions as they gave my father false information to make him purchase it but they refused to that as well. I personally will not purchase anything from visions in the future. They are nothing but scammers.

I was looking for an air fryer for a while and I was about to go and purchase it from Best Buy then I notice there is an ad and I was so impressed looking at the price that I called the store to find out if they have it available, and spoke to a Sales Rep name Rashid who encouraged me to come to store, so that I can check out other brands as they have varieties of them all within the same price range, and when I got there since it was my first time being there not only the product was half the price then everywhere else, on top that he gave me $10 discount just because I was a first time buyer. Thank you Mr. Rashid, i’ve been using it for the last couple days and I am truly satisfied with my purchase not to mention the incredible price that I paid for it. Will be very highly recommended. Oh and did I mention that I bought 2 more from him
