Saw product on Tablet for $198.99 after Credit Card purchase completed the same item jumped to $215.99. I called Wayfair.ca and was told they had the “RIGHT” to increase their Products.!!! The Table was still advertised 2 days after my purchase for $198.99. I call this Consumer Fraud.

purchased product June 10/21 for $80.22 Cdn. Wrong size. Returned it. They sent me an email acknowledging that they received my return product June 27 & processed my refund June 29 in the amt of $75.18 Cdn. FOUR MONTHS LATER, I get an email saying that my return package "contained shipping envelopes; not the tablecloth". They charged my credit card this month! Envelope sat in their Vancouver warehouse for 4 months & someone stole the tablecloth &

I had a fantastic service with Wayfair. Majority of my home is furnished and decorated with Wayfair products. Had an issue with a painting I purchased and they replaced it for free. Reimbursement for products bought in error as well. A great fan. Customer service was extremely polite and very helpful.

Wish I had read some reviews about Wayfair before making a purchase....I purchased an item on a Monday. Two days later it went down in price and they refused to credit my account for the difference because it's not their policy. I could understand if a month or even 2 weeks had gone by but it was 3 DAYS. Very unfair and unjust practice. Will be filing complaint with BBB.

Purchased a patio set, their cookies track my internet views within their site and send me a link to the same patio set on their site for less money within 24 hours. Wayfair refused to correct or cancel order...Why? Response-Wayfair policy does not include price matching (short term thinking) Response was return & repurchase which would result in 3 sets being shipped across country. Wayfair can be proud they have won this round as protecting the Environment and avoiding needless shipping is more important to this customer. Wayfair needs to look to Amazon to understand how Customer Satisfaction can grow your business. They have lost my business forever. My family & friends are close behind.
