I needed to go to your store a few times in the last couple of years. I have always found the sales ladies to be quite grumpy and unhelpful (the only cheerful person is the ‘CPAP lady). It is such a shame because they mainly deal with society’s vulnerable population that needs some compassion. If they only could put themselves in their shoes! I have decided to find a better home healthcare store - even if it now means having to travel further!
