To make a long story short. When purchasing any brace double or triple check is it can be returned. The answer is NO. has to be in the shape/color as when you purchased it. Even if you tried it on in the store. Leaves bruises that is OK by them also. They need the money because of covid......Never shop there again , pulling my medications to another pharmacy NOT Shoppers. Very Disssafitied.
