The wait time for a coffee was at least 10 minutes. I finally left without ordering. There was mention of having to wait for the coffee to be made: the gentleman who ordered in front of me indicated that he didn’t want the coffee that was already poured as it would be cold by the time the rest of the coffee would be completed. 10 minutes gives you quite a bit of time to access the operation. My biggest issue was the use of gloves. The staff wear them, continue to do everything with the same gloves. Waiting on clients, using a very dirty cloth to wipe the surface beside the computer and handle food. Safe for them but very unsanitary for clients and their order. That prompted me to leave. How often are the gloves changed? The uncleanliness more so than COVID is my biggest concern.
