Had good and bad interactions with Mehtab, but eventually she stopped replying to my emails about questions. She frequently dodged questions and did not have answers in some cases. There were multiple errors made and even answers given that were not correct. After my frustrations and no answers I spoke with her manager Mukal. Mukal replied to my first email and then dodged it for 10 days stating Mehtab was away but I called the branch and confirmed she was in fact in the office. After 4 back and forth emails he still did not answer questions and finally when asked directly the response was "sorry" still not answering any queries or taking responsibility. It started out quite positive but turned painful very quickly.
