I had ordered jeans online but wrong pair was shipped went in to return them and Kim was absolutely wonderful ended up buying 2 pairs and helped me with loyalty card issue. I usually order online but am glad to have the choice to return to store and receive excellent customer service

I was at the parkland mall branch thia morning and was waiting outside the store for 10 mins and suddenly a couple came in (white) and the staff quickly let the woman in while she let the guy in after 1 woman came out...and i was read from their instructions that only 10 people are allowed including staff so i counted but they were only 8 people there but still they never ask me to come in so i left frustrated...it was very disappointing!! Why? Because i am not in the same color of skin!! Actions speak louder than words!!!
