Customer service is very important to me. I am over 50 and grew up with great service in BC. I visited the Burnaby store today for the first time, and was assisted by MICHAEL. He approached me right away, offered his advice, knowledgable and was very friendly/personable. I am writing because I want managers (assuming he is not the mgr!) to pay attention to this.
