It was my second time there, it seemed like everything was great until I asked to have a change with my policy, it had been 10 days since I had asked for the matter to look into it, so I decided to go to the office personally, All I asked was that I needed to speak to the agent cause it was Urgent and Joanne gave me attitude and said it was my fault it hadnt been done cause I made the change, it sounds to me that they hadnt looked into the matter
