Yesterday, March 9th, I ordered a Turkey club sandwich meal. It came wrapped as I was eating in the food hall of the mall. There was a dried out hunk of turkey, as least I think it was turkey, thrown on the bun. I couldn't even chew it. There were some better pieces but not much of that. I wish I could show you the picture I took of it. I asked one of the servers if I could have some salt and pepper and she looked around the preparation counter and informed me that there was not there, then she said I will have to go out back and get some, which she blantanly did not want to do and after a few seconds of a stare down, (I think she was hoping I would say, "never mind") she slowly dragged herself to the back and brought out some s&p, but before she gave me any, she took an order off the computer and placed a bun in the toaster, then just kind of threw the s&p packets on my tray. I often eat at Tim's when I eat at the mall, but I might rethink that the next time. Truly upsetting and the sandwich was disgusting. It was just thrown together and sloppy, no appeal and no flavor.
