Went in for a warranty repair and started with a nice clerk, but was passed over to a very nasty, rude clerk,who made inappropriate comments about the Greenwood People's store and told me for 15 years both Greenwood and the Dartmouth one, did the warranty work wrong. She did not help me get my necklace warranty work done. I left very frustrated and wonder why I drove 2 hours for this and then got treated so rudely. My advice is do NOT go to here!
