I was on my second week and instead of calling me to switch products that were not in stock, they decided for me. I thought my dissatisfaction was clearly conveyed and they said they would call me on a certain date to pick up two meals that were being restocked. They didn’t call and the following day I called to say that I was missing a meal and asked for a suggestion on what I should eat. They provided me a suggestion but said it isn’t ideal. I am paying a lot of money and I feel like they don’t care about providing a good service.
