Hello there I wish to report how your extremely authoritative staff enforcing covid restrictions to the point of rudeness accosted my family today at the Limeridge mall location because my husband's mask kept falling beneath his nose. He still had the mask covering his mouth area but it kept slipping and he was getting irritating constant reminders by the staff every few moments as we browsed the store it was hard to concentrate on the store itself. My husband lost his temper but the staff member had no right to treat him in that manner we are customers are we not?! I will never set foot in that Disney store location ever again. The sales staff were so incredibly rude to us. I am very upset that my children did not even get an opportunity to buy their toys. You lost our business today.
