I drove from London, specifically to go to Coach only to find it had closed. Now I will need to drive to Toronto outlet mall.

Purchased a beautiful saddle type purse about 11 years ago. The strap was used and not sure what to do because the leather was in perfect condition..(lambskin I believe)...visited my Coach store at Windsor Crossing...staff was outstanding and encouraging...actually were quite impressed on the perfect condition of purse...I presented my problem...they immediately suggested that they would send the purse to get repaired..even though I had to pay 90.00, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY...because Coach no longer sells purses with this type of leather...well, I just received my purse with a brand new strap...they sent it in a beautiful box cradled in a gift bag....my purse is brand new again! I called them and they remembered me. So, I want to thank Coach Factory store at the Windsor Crossing in Windsor Ontario Canada. The manager and staff went beyond their duty...special shout out to Alicia !
