I never write reviews but I cannot emphasize the amount of pain I was caused. I have a disability with my hand where my thumb does not work and my hand curls up, I always come here to do my nails and the nail technician who was doing my nails, started yelling at me because my disabled hand was taking too long to do, she told me that I have to pay extra because I have a disability and she started laughing with everyone she was working with! I was upset and everyone was watching me, the nail technician here was sqeezing my hand very hard and she caused my disabled hand a great amount of pain. She even asked me why im getting my nails done if I have a disability, I was so humiliated, the girl beside me getting her nails done went ahead and paid for me because she felt bad and said I didn't deserve any of this. I was treated in prejudice due to disability which is illegal and I cannot express the physical and emotional pain I experienced just for getting my nails done. Horrific.
