Three pieces of Christmas gift clothing from Designer Depot were refused by the clerk for exchange. The tags had been cut off the clothes, but were kept, along with the bill, by the purchaser. Every tag was available to be reattached to the clothes. The clerk refused to assist with the exchange since the tags had been removed. It is an expensive loss for the recipient and the purchaser.
