I called the store inquiring about a pair of boots they said they have it. I asked them to hold for me until next day afternoon they refused and said they can hold it only for few hours I said ok hold it I'm coming. upon arrival I was waiting 10 minutes to get someone's attention. There's was a girl standing alone doing nothing I even I asked her help she was Little rude and refused to help. then they said they don't have the item on hold and went back stock to find it. After checking they didn't find any. Another associate came and me the item number. after checking in computer she replied they don't have it and opend Boots companies name and I showed them the item. Now they have it. I drove around 40 km to get there and the sales girls were not co operative that is shameful and unacceptable. I'm not going any SoftMoc store ever again and not sending any family members or friends. Good bye

I’ve never had such poor customer service in my life, so much so, that I’m leaving a bloody review. One of your workers was chewing gum like a cow without their mask on and spit flew in my face, DURING A PANDEMIC NO LESS!! He was a young, skinny man. Absolutely disgusting.
