The worst experience ever. I was working for Cavallino for a year. They used to deceive their customers and also their employees. They don't pay the salaries for months. Even if an employee resigned, they keep the money telling lies about slow business. The Quality of inventory is very poor. They lie about exchanges and warranty. The prices are high and "promotions" are fake. They even dont pay the rent, because nobody wants to buy their bad stuf

If this store is owned by the same man as at Promenade and Centerpoint, stay away! Owner is rude and arrogant! He doesn’t honour warranties, doesn’t post return policies and is certainly not selling quality merchandise! Expect cracks, broken wheels and discolouration the first times you use his luggage! Check his reviews!
