I had a business matter that had to be handled quickly. I contacted 4 TD Banks by e-mail, but only this branch took the time to respond. I had contacted Peter Lunney who passed the info on to Kyle Schaefer who told me how to proceed. My matter was then put in the hands of Siddarth Raja. As this matter was urgent for me, I asked Siddarth to book our appointment for an earlier date which he did. At the end of the day I received what I needed...and within the time limit that I had. Kudos to everyone at this branch!
