Yes I think this place don't have good customer service at all they also have defective and ripped things laying around to b sold and with a no return policy makes it worst

Purchased a very nice 3 piece couch, sofa and chair with coffee and end tables. Asked if the people delivering could take my old couch and chair to the garbage at the back of the building and I would pay them. One of the workers at the store said that I should just give them coffee money and they will do it but I had wanted to give them at least $20.00 per person. When they arrived one of the elevators in my building was broken and it took extra time to deliver. Little did I know there was an additional fee to set up the new couch set of $40.00. I was quite embarrassed because that was all of the money I had set aside for the movers to help take my old couch down but I did not know how to set up the couch set myself, so did not have a choice but to have them set up for me. I had explained this to the movers and said that something should have been said to me at the time of purchase! I had them set-up the sofa, couch and chair but I said I would let up the coffee and 2 end tables myself. At the end of it, I ended up giving them $50.00 total which was all the money I had on me but told the drivers they should mention that I should have been told about the set-up fee at the store so I could have taken out more to give them. On the weekend I went back to Home Accents to get some throw pillows and was approached by the Older, Indian man. He was rather upset with me and told me that the drivers got angry with him because I did not give them enough money! This was the same man who said I should just give them coffee money!! He then preceded to try to embarrass me further by making fun of the old furniture that I had the movers help me put in the garbage. I had explained to him that I was not told of additional set-up fees and it should have been mentioned. The younger man said I should have asked! I don't know how they expect me to ask for fees that I do not know exist. I stated after having spent almost $2,000.00 at their store, without blinking an eye, they should be more polite and ask me how I like my furniture, rather than trying to embarrass me further because of an error on their part (very rude). Watch out for hidden fees!!!
