I had a very positive experience with the manager Nidish, Sat and other staff switching over three cellular phone lines and adding a new one. I was able to take advantage of great offered savings and was communicated all the details in full. It was so nice to experience full customer service right until the end with data transferring and ensuring we were properly up and running on all devices. I would recommend them and will go back.

I’m writing this review to express my opinion / disappointment and to warn people of The Source Store at the Bayshore Shopping Centre. Pls, be patient and read to the end. First, we inquired on prices for the new iPhone 8, then we talked about switching from Rogers to Bell for a Phone and TV / Internet package and maybe a second iPhone. This is where we were Royally mislead or *****, for over 2 hr we were shown all kinds of prices, discounts, store credits, now we know why. He made everything look nice so he could make a deal that day. Several times we asked Franco and we were specific about having the same service as we had with Rogers, that is High speed and unlimited Internet service, and Franco told us “yes" we are getting the same service as before. After the deal was made, we left the store but we had doubts and we were uneasy with the deal we had made, something didn’t feel right, so we went back just to make sure and asked Franco again if we did indeed have the same service as we did with Rogers and again he said yes. Now reality sets in, the internet we were given was unbelievably slow. If we were lucky, it would take over 4 minutes just to send a test email message and to make things worse, it was practicaly impossible to use the internet. After 2 days of this, we checked our Internet speed and made a copy, we visited a Bell store and showed the rep. the speed test of our Internet and he verified with his system and confrimed our internet speed so we asked to upgrade our internet service. The Bell rep replied, it is impossible to do so, he told us we were in an area that does not offer high speed internet with a satellite. We couldn’t get any faster, it isn’t available and the rep from the Source had the same access as the Bell program or system, The Source (Franco) should have told you this, he added, as a Bell rep I would never ever offer such a deal to anyone. With a lot of hassle from Bell, we have now cancelled our 2 yr contact for our internet with Bell with penalty and it goes without saying, we will NEVER ever set foot in The Source at the Bayshore Shopping Centre, we will tell our friends of the experience we had with this Franco. Haven't decided yet if we will make a complaint to the BBB. Lastly, I would definitely give them a 0 star, in my book they deserve a negative star for satisfaction. Hope my review helps potential buyers of that store.
