Just switched over from Bell to Koodo and the girl who helped me was very kind. Hooked me up with a much better deal than what I had with Bell. I look forward to trying out the service! :)

I went in to get a phone for my wife and the guy working there started to check my id with a flash light and asking me for more and more id when the id i gave him was more then enough and then he starts to call in my Mastercard to make sure it was real and when i asked him what he was doing he tells me people have been doing alot of frauds and he made me feel like i was a criminal just cuz i dont dress like him he made me feel like i was so small

I was truly surprised to receive better service and price from the good folk at Telus Billing’s Bridge! Guess who my new provider is? A special thanks to Elie who held a phone for me for two days without deposit and gave me a better price that my my old longtime provider.
