I want to commend Nikki at the Carlingwood mall store. She tried to track down some Pittsburgh Steelers merchandise for me at your other store, but was unsuccessful. However, it was so refreshing to meet someone who understands what Customer service is. This n That management, I salute you for having exceptional staff at your Carlingwood store, especially Nikki.
