I needed to replace my LG5 and went to Wireless Wave at Carlingwood, Ottawa. Gage L. was extremely helpful. Listening to my requirements of a phone I chose the LG Velvet. The plan was much better than my last one and he transferred all my info and apps for me. He helped with the accessories as well ... As a promotion there was $250 of accessories to choose from. He explained and took care of updating my Virgin plan. Gage encouraged calling the store regarding any questions I may have ... Which is paramount as the aftercare is as important as the purchase. Very impressed.
