I went to the Telus store in the mall to ask for help changing a home appointment that was scheduled with a Telus technician. The address on the work order was wrong and I couldn't reach them to change it. That meant the technician would not find me on the scheduled date. MUDASSAR greeted me when I entered the store, listened to my explanation, and worked for at least 45 minutes on the phone to fix it. He is a valuable employee...5 stars plus!!!
