We would like to give extreme kudos to the two sales clerks Vanessa and Sidney at your store in Sault Ste. Marie at the Station Mall...we visited last Wednesday in search of Xmas gifts and were astonished by the attentiveness of both girls in searching on your website to find what my wife was looking for and placing the order for same...we have not received this kind of attention this season (I guess we shouldn't expect this kind of service from the Box Stores...and we certainly don't get it) Then when our parcel was ready for pick up we went in and both girls remembered us and expressed excitement for us that the gifts had come in on time for Christmas. This is the way customers expect to be treated (but rarely are) Both girls should be proud of their service qualities and were much appreciated by my wife and I. A big thanks to the girls and a Merry Christmas to all.
