Bought pants for my son. Went back to exchange sizes not even 24 hours later tags still on them & they didn’t have his size. Was told to go to the Pen to International & maybe they have it. Got there & was told that they could not help me. That the other store should of know that they would not have it that size that their sizes start at 36 and would not exchange or do store credit. After I waited forever for her to dial a half a dozen numbers to talk to a manager I left. If this is their exchange policy they must not even trust the product they are selling.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The customer service is fabulous. The quality of clothing is superb, and you can no t beat the prices.
