Bought an iPhone yesterday. Tristan was our contact there. He was terrible. Told us that he could transfer our info from our old phone onto the new iPhone before we bought. Told us he did it and we got home to find out it wasn't done. He lied to us. Said that the transfer was a $40 charge, but never told us before we bought the iPhone. He was rude and uncooperative. Would never shop at this store ever again.
