Went in yesterday for a battery change and was told to come back today around noon. Got there and was told to wait another 45 min. Came back in an hour and waited another 30 min. Was told the phone was good to go and cashed out. Got home, only to find out they gave me a new phone because they botched the battery replacement. I most likely had to wait because they were scrambling to find me a new phone. All my stuff was lost. Cowards didn't even have the guts to tell me what happened. Shame on today's technician, if he dares call himself one! Would never trust this company and saying to the same to my friends.
