My appointment was cancelled because I was 7 min late, I battled traffic and reconfirmed 1/2 hour prior to the appointment. Will never go back

This is my second “try” to get my pet groom since my first they refused my pet because her vaccinations were yo to expiry within three days. I rebooked my appointment and Again my dog was refused because “one of her paw was “damaged” so I was asked to take her back to my vet (she was seen by her vet a week ago). I guess they are overwhelmed by the “numerous”pets, so they look for any reason to turn down. Never. Come back.
