I was so grateful that Tim's opened up at this location, right on my route to work every morning. I was buying breakfast from macdonalds but always a long line up(of course now it makes sense since they do provide excellent customer service even when they make an error). At this new Tim's most of the time the window clerk is the same unhappy attitude lady which became disapointing when she is always in this mood every morning. She should not be greeting customers first thing in the morning when customers are looking forward for cheery happy people handing out coffee...the staff here have a habit of turning their faces inward while holding out the card scanner to the customer not even looking to see if customer can reach it, until they don't hear a beep and look outward again to see if the customer has finally scanned their card, that might include some teeth sucking sound effects with it, so lovely especially from ladies, not to mention when they don't give the customer the complete order and claim to not be able to hear and take off from the window and your left there waiting for the rest of your order hopefully by someone in there!!! Im trying to get the manager/owner's name from this location, but at this point I'm sure they will lie to me on who is the manager/owner if they are so comfortable exhibiting this lovely attitude of theirs most of the time with such ease. So sad for such a convenient and new location...
