I bought a surface laptop in July 2018. A few months ago I was getting an error message and the machine would shut down. I went to the Microsoft Store at the Eatons Centre and spoke with Jim Brown, (not the football player) and he told me the laptop was still under warranty. They ran some diagnostic tests and lucky for me the error was reproduced. I now have a new surface laptop series two and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again to Jim, Sam, Arjuanie (?sp) and to the technician who did the testing. Great experience!
