Saw what I wanted online and called the Yorkdale store so see if it was available. Spoke to the staff and he was more than happy to check the stock room and called be back as promised within 5 minutes. He offered me an appointment option and even went above and beyond to show us a different style. We got there, no wait time. Another female staff came along and was along polite and took care of us smoothly. Thanks to the team -Melissa and Alijah.

Today around 12pm I decided to come by mouseknuckle to purchase a jacket, while spending my time here I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with unprofessionalism but I was wrong. Shocking one of the employees a average height blond girl kept giving me eye rolls for no apparent reason. This is how you lose customers, individuals do not want to spend their time in a store to get weird looks or feel uncomfortable.
