I want to start off with the people in the comments complaining about the line... please ask yourself who put you in the line... you saw the line and decided to join the line so to complain about a line is kind of ironic. If you would like to experience a real wait time, you can order your stuff online. Imagine someone going into your Childs place of work and people treating them the way you guys treat customer service workers. STAY HOME

My wife ,on her way to appointments, has used this store to purchase supplies several times. The customer service has always been poor; the staff rude. the information wrong. We now laugh at this as we expect it. Surprisingly, the Scarborough location has always been fine.

Absolutely woeful experience here at Nespresso Yorkdale. The sales representatives were too pushy and rude, and so were the managers. One day, I wished to try some coffee in their tasting area, and I was left to wait there in front for a good 10 minutes with nobody informing me that I had to line up in order to try coffee! I was upset and felt very ignored. I saw a young gentleman, whom name I saw on the tag is Daniel, stand around with a cup of coffee in his hands, while I was waiting in order to be served at the front. Even the managers there did not inform me of anything. As a result, I eventually left because I could no longer take it. Nespresso Sherway is a much better store with smaller lineups and I suggest you go there or online to purchase coffee. Absolutely terrible store!
