The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Basic prints (5x7) should not take a month to be ready. When I went to the store the lady said she couldn’t cancel and refund my order and to leave and call their customer service line. Really! You can’t refund me then and there? It doesn’t make sense. Costco prints from now on. Extremely disappointed!
