J’étais à la caisse et on a refusé de me rembourser un article qui venait d’être scanné mais dont a remarqué qu’il était brisé juste après le scan. Comme c’était le dernier article de cette grandeur, ils n’ont pas pu me le remplacer. Je me serais alors attendue à un remboursement mais non, j’ai dû acheter un autre article pour compenser et j’ai perdu 1$ au change. Ceci me démontre combien la satisfaction du client vient bien au bas de la liste
