Returns sometimes depend on who you get et the counter. The Cabelas lifetime guarantee is never a problem in the U.S. Cabelas--they always take it back--not so in Canada where they don't value customer loyalty the same way.

I have gone in multiple times to buy a gun on sale and there is no stock, first time was a Remington 597HB, no stock ordered it online after 2 weeks they sent me a gift card and made sure it was on the way. this time you couldn’t even order the gun online, guy in the store can’t help. Told me to call corporate and complain to them I have purchased 4 guns from them and each time things get a little worse, I have 4 cabelas brand scopes, a dehydrator, camo fishing gear, if they are unwilling to help me I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
