I went to your Yorkville store yesterday. When we arrived there was a man being thrown out by Security. I asked Casandra for assistance to review some brooches and was so disappointed with her arrogance and insulting manner. I just purchased a Fendi bag, Gucci Shoes and other clothing items at Holts so could well afford a brooch. She was apprehensive, insulting and curt to deal with. I will never return, unfortunately.

I came in with a vintage Chanel suit (not purchased at the boutique) I was hoping to have tailored. A brief explanation to the lovely SA and I was ushered into the change room promptly. The tailor came in, gave me and the suit all the time ( and pins) in the world for a proper fitting. Quoted a price , regardless of whether second fitting was required. The suit now fits made to measure. I am so impressed at the workmanship. Shirley does the brand proud. Most highly recommended.
