We purchased a Bulova ladies watch on Oct 7/18. A link needed to be removed, a saleslady said she could fit my wife right away, takes a link out a watch ( not one we purchased! Then another saleslady checks duty sheet and says another person will be in Oct.10-13 and it be done while wait. Driving home, notice watch is not set and is not working and there is glue on inside of bracelet from price tags( never cleaned. Called store, saleslady says it needs a battery, can be done at same time as link. I go in on Oct 11, not well received when I explain situation, I am told I have to leave it till end of following week, nobody to repair watch? Then it changes to Oct.16 pick-up date. I asked if they could keep case, box and bag there until it is ready? No, take it with me! I ask for refund, tells no refund only store credit! I advise her that I will call Visa and reverse charge, she agrees to refund to my visa card. Tries to process another purchase on my card instead of a refund. Another salesperson had to show her how to refund!! I asked for contact number for owner (none)? We have bought jewelry from this store before no problems. I believe some customer service training is overdue for counter staff at this outlet. 613-762-3844
