Very unhappy with the overall experience. I had been to this place about 10 years ago and it was busy but the service was at least better. This time around it was horrible from the moment we walked in and ordered food (which they got wrong and didn't). Only one person taking orders while also working the prize section from the tickets. The washrooms stunk as if someone had peed all over the floor and to top it off chuck E Cheese mouse was lame with very noticeable rip on the crotch of his jeans. When we needed a staff member for help no one was to be found. Overpriced food, horrible service and the payout on the game's were crap. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, take your kids else where!
