Bought a pair of boots I used 4-6 times and walked less than half a kilometer in before they started breaking down while still brand new. They suggested the damage was intentional and offered a 10% discount even after seeing the pictures. If you want piss poor product and even worse service now you know where to get it.

I made one of several on line purchases. Had to return as my daughter wanted the taller boots. Returned to the outlet mall in wpg. Couldn’t find my email with my receipt.Was doing curbside as the store is closed. Was told she couldn’t do anything without the email. So I went home (don’t live close to the mall) Called the 888 number to find out my email was wrong so never received my receipt. They tried sending me the email but didn’t come through. Called again the next day and they tried sending again but waited an hour or more and didn’t come through. I was able to get the order number and amount from my account as a vip member. Called the store to see if that would work as a receipt. Same salesperson BJ said no it doesn’t have the credit card info. At this point asked her if she could call and get the info. I was told “I am very busy I don’t have time to do that” it was up to me to get the info! So called the 888 number and spoke to Tamara... she was amazing... she said I will call the store and give them the info. She also said BJ could have done this... I am so disappointed and frustrated I will not shop there again

A clean, bright, modern store with a really decent collection of casual, dress shoes and sandals etc. Well worth a visit.
