The Customer Service over-all is OK EXCEPT for this particular Older Asian woman who reacted to an inquiring customer in a rudest and insulting manner. Please remember and understand that customer do ask questions because we do not know or not familiar with the product or store system. Services and informations must be given to us (customers) by you so we can complete our business. This will be my last visit to this store.
