The worst after sale service! Or, better to say - no after sales service. We bought all our appliances there (clearly, that was a mistake). The induction cooking top keeps breaking (we received it in December 2019 – it has been less that a year!) and guess what was Germain Lariviere’s after sales service reply? They did not even listen. Just told me “You have to fight with KitchenAid” Why? Because I am “the owner of cooking top”! So they got the money and everything else is my problem now. I checked, and even if the warranty is with the company – the store is responsible in case of problems. But Germain Lariviere do not care and take no responsibility. As soon as they got your money – they will ignore you. (Ironically, when we chose the cooking top, we had a choice between Bosh and KitchenAid (they both had everything we needed). We wanted to go with Bosh, but Germain Lariviere’s sales representative convinced us that KitchenAid is better - not true at all – apparently a lot of people are having the same problems with KitchenAid’s cooking tops.)
