Lowes did my floors in 2017 and the contractor did a horrible job. I noticed and complained about it right away. I've been passed around from dept manager to store manager, to assistant manager and my problem still has not been rectified. Planning on taking them to small claims court, if I can find a senior corporate person to speak with.

I call the Lowe’s at signal hill location. The phone operator was VERY rude!!!! I simply asked if I could please find out when a certain salesperson was there and she raised her voice and said rudely’We can’t give out that information!!!!’ She freaked me out so I immediately hung up!
